INTRODUCTION

Product Description

The 1729L consists of a 17.0” LCD main display with a touchscreen and the following

optional peripherals: customer display, vacuum fluorescent display (VFD), fingerprint

reader, barcode scanner, magnetic stripe reader (MSR), speaker bar and a 6 port USB

(USB version only) Hub. The main display element is a 17.0 inch diagonal SXGA reso-

lution (1280 x 1024) LCD display. Three types of touchscreens can be selected in the

1729L as options. They are AccuTouch, IntelliTouch, CarrollTouch, Surface Capacitive

and Acoustic Pulse Recognition. The 1729L also features an unique stand featuring

spring loaded movement and a dual hinge.
